Played a central role in accelerating the UK’s digital infrastructure, enabling full fibre connectivity for more than 250,000 homes. His delivery approach is grounded in operational discipline, safety leadership, and a relentless focus on time, cost, and quality. Combining deep domain expertise in civil engineering, network design/build, and operational risk with a commercially astute mindset, he specialises in optimising delivery pipelines, reducing WIP exposure, and driving EBITDA performance.
